Yes, if the covers are detachable and zipped they can be restuffed/refilled.

How to keep leather couch cushions from sinking?

Typically if your leather sofa cushions are sinking the filling will be fibre, feather or a cheap foam insert. To stop them sinking always choose a foam filling sofa if available. Foam gives better support over a longer period of time. Manufacturers also advise to flip all cushions every week (what a faff!). The foam we use for refilling is quality made in the UK. We only use dense, quality foams that will last.
